You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your login credentials private. Your inspection records belong to you and are exportable at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.
Optional text alerts are available if you opt in with your mobile number inside the app. If you opt in, GEM Supply's Inspection IQ sends account notifications only: a text when your inspection report has been emailed to you, and a reminder on the day a follow-up inspection you scheduled is due. Message frequency varies with your own use — typically one or two texts per inspection. Message and data rates may apply and are the responsibility of your mobile carrier plan. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using the app or purchasing anything. Reply HELP to any message for help, or STOP to cancel at any time; you can also turn alerts off inside the app. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Inspection reports may include training courses and supply suggestions relevant to your findings. These are suggestions, not obligations — the app is free whether or not you ever buy anything.
The app is provided "as is." GEM Supply makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and inspection scores are informational — they reflect the ratings you entered, not a professional certification of any facility's condition.
